Enterprise & Southern Highlands Enterprise and Southern Highlands are some of the fastest-growing areas in Las Vegas. You’ll find: New construction communities Modern home designs Easy access to the Strip and airport These areas are especially popular with buyers looking for newer homes and updated layouts. High-Rise Living on the Las Vegas Strip Living in a high-rise is a completely different experience.
